The structure has two welcoming apartments recently renovated, located on the first floor of an elegant period building in the Umbertine style. The apartments are adjacent and can be joined to accommodate groups of 7-10 people.

Our property has two comfortable apartments recently renovated, charmingly located on the first floor of an elegant historic building in "Umbertine style".
The apartments are adjacent and can be combined to accommodate groups of 7-10 people.
Tourist Accommodation Tax
Anyone staying in a hotel, bed & breakfast, holiday home, guest house or camp site in Rome, with the sole exception of hostels, is subject to pay an overnight accommodation tax for every day spent in the Eternal City.
The rates are per person.
Bed & Breakfasts, Guest Houses, Holiday Homes and Apartments:
-€3.50 per night, max 10 days;
How to pay? You can pay cash directly on site. You will be given a personal receipt. The overnight accommodation tax is applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights within one solar year, provided that you spend the nights at the same accommodation facility.

Included in the apartments:Bed linen and towels; hair dryer; kitchen equipped with electric hob and oven; dishwasher; coffee machine; kettle; toaster; washer-dryer, iron and ironing board; vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit. Our apartments are also equipped with TV in each bedroom, free Wi-Fi, safe and air conditioning.
Cleaning service and linen change: the cost of the stay includes only the final cleaning service.
On request it is however possible to use, at any time, cleaning services (at a cost of € 30.00 for the iRome.1 apartment and € 45.00 for iRome.2) and linen change (€ 15.00 per person).
Apartments are equipped with:bed linen and towels, hairdryer, equipped kitchen with oven and induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit. Our apartments are also equipped with TV in each bedroom , free Wi-Fi , air conditioning and safe-box.
Maid service, towels and bed linen change:the final cleaning service is included in the prize of the stay.
Extra cleaning service (€ 30,00 for iRome.1 and € 45,00 for iRome.2) and linen change (€ 15,00 per person) are offered on request.
