La struttura dispone di due accoglienti appartamenti recentemente ristrutturati, ubicati al primo piano di un elegante palazzo d'epoca in stile umbertino. Gli appartamenti sono adiacenti e possono essere uniti per ospitare gruppi di 7-10 persone.

Our property has two comfortable apartments recently renovated, charmingly locatedon the first floor of an elegant historic building in “stile umbertino”.
The apartments are adjacent and can be combined to accommodate groups of 7-10 people.
Tourist Accommodation Tax
Anyone staying in a hotel, bed& breakfast, holiday home, guest house or camp site in Rome, with the sole exception of hostels, is subject to pay an overnight accommodation tax for every day spent in the Eternal City.
The rates are per person.
Bed & Breakfasts, Guest Houses, Holiday Homes and Apartments:
- € 3,50 per night, max 10 days;
How to pay? You can pay cash directly on site. You will be given a personal receipt. The overnight accommodation tax is applicable up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights within one solar year, provided that you spend the nights at the same accommodation facility.

In dotazione degli appartamenti: biancheria da letto e da bagno; phon; cucina attrezzata con piano elettrico e forno; lavastoviglie; macchina per il caffè; bollitore elettrico; tostapane; lava-asciuga, asse e ferro da stiro; aspirapolvere e kit pulizie. I nostri appartamenti sono inoltre dotati di TV in ogni camera da letto, Wi-Fi gratuito, cassaforte ed aria condizionata.
Servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria: il costo del soggiorno comprende esclusivamente il servizio di pulizia finale.
Su richiesta è comunque possibile usufruire, in qualsiasi momento, dei servizi di pulizia (al costo di € 30,00 per l'appartamento iRome.1 e di € 45,00 per iRome.2) e di cambio biancheria (15,00 € a persona).
Apartments are equipped with: bed linen and towels, hairdryer, equipped kitchen with oven and induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit. Our apartments are also equipped with TV in each bedroom , free Wi-Fi , air conditioning and safe-box.
Maid service, towels and bed linen change: the final cleaning service is included in the prize of the stay.
Extra cleaning service (€ 30,00 for iRome.1 and € 45,00 for iRome.2) and linen change (€ 15,00 per person) are offered on request.
Babysitting on request. Babysitting su richiesta.
Free luggage storage. Deposito bagagli gratuito.
Private parking on request. Parcheggio interno su richiesta.
